Kate was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2020 and accepts briefs in all areas of the law.

Kate has maintained a broad general practice since being called to the Bar, however she has specific expertise in:

Criminal asset confiscation matters, particularly matters commenced under the Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1990 (NSW) and the Crime Act 2002 (Cth);
Criminal Law; and;
Personal injury litigation

Kate has been briefed to advise and appear in matters across several Australian jurisdictions (including New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland), and appears in all NSW courts and Tribunals.

Kate has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UNSW.
