James Sharpe was called to the Bar in September 2020. His practice centres predominately on insurance, common law and commercial disputes.

Prior to coming to the Bar, James worked for more than ten years as a solicitor. Admitted in 2010, James practised in Sydney and London, specialising in insurance litigation including public liability, building and construction and personal injury. James regularly appears in Courts and Tribunals thoughout New South Wales.

James holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
